Hmmm ok. I see what you mean. I wonder why the drop sides are banned? Most of ours over here have this special system where you push in with a knee and then drop the side so there are no poking out bits of metal that they can catch or somehow use to drop from the inside. We didn't both using the bassinet height on ours. We put it straight down but dont raise the side so it is easy to bend over and get to him.
